Parking Systems Support Coordinator

Job Summary
Answer incoming calls to the phone queue and create Jira Parking Support PS tickets or redirect callers if inquiries fall outside Customer Support scope. Conduct timely triage of new tickets to accelerate case progression, validating customer entitlement, warranty status, and support coverage before dispatching legacy product-specific or damaged hardware issues to the appropriate AMI branch. Streamline consumable-order requests by directing customers to correct resources and closing tickets to enable fulfillment. Assign validated tickets to Support Analysts or Engineers based on skillset and priority to ensure balanced workloads. Operate in a remote home-office environment during standard business hours, managing time-sensitive ticket triage and frequent multitasking in a fast-paced support setting.
Required Qualifications
- Team player with the ability to work independently of and cooperatively with others
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive or complex situations
- Effective communication skills
- Skilled in using the Microsoft Office 365 applications
- A 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Reliable, professional workspace with stable high-speed internet
- Ability to independently manage time, prioritize incoming work, and maintain a professional demeanor in all customer and internal interactions
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Strong listening ability
- Sufficient visual acuity to review detailed digital information on a computer screen
- Ability to lift or move light office items (up to 10 lbs)
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) schedule
- Remote home-office environment capability
- Occasional requirement to work from a local AMI office
