Job Summary
Oversee a team of Valet Parking Attendants and Shuttle Drivers, providing direction, training, and daily supervision to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Manage bi-weekly scheduling, approve payroll, and communicate with office leadership while enforcing strict shuttle inspection and maintenance standards. Focus exclusively on people and employees, excluding sales, inventory, or cash handling duties. Maintain a staff dedicated to delivering a 5-star experience for patients and guests within a supportive healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Previous valet or fleet management experience
- Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm in any environment
- Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of a 5-star experience for patients and guests
- Employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a background check
- 3yrs continuous Driver's License experience
- License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
- Clean criminal record
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- High school or equivalent. College preferred, but not required with sufficient management experience
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
