Job Summary
Oversee parking operations and guest safety at Toyota Arena and related venues. Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing and assisting with directions and parking procedures, training and supervising staff (typically 10–30 employees), planning, assigning and directing work, investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports, maintaining daily logs of parking activity, monitoring compliance with facility rules and safety procedures, coordinating setup and teardown before/after events, and performing event-related duties. Requires strong customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills; proficiency in radio communication, conflict resolution, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass background check and be able to work in a fast-paced, public environment.
