Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas by foot, golf cart, or truck to observe parking violations and enforce location rules through ticket placement or towing arrangements. Process customer payments promptly while maintaining professional communication, and record citation data including vehicle details and infraction specifics. Conduct lot audits and car counts, report safety issues such as faded curbs or vandalized signs to management, and provide traffic control or parking assistance as needed. Oversee staff performance and offer guidance to team members. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record for at least three years and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
