Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day parking operations for multiple locations, managing client relationships, financial reporting, and staff development. Responsible for ensuring high-quality service, compliance with policies, and achievement of location-level goals through recruitment, training, and performance management; lead initiatives in operations, marketing strategy, and market development while coordinating with property owners and management groups.
Required Qualifications
- Parking management experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in past 7 years
- No more than two minor violations in past year
- No suspensions within last 3 years
- Background check including verification of education, employment, criminal records, drug screening
