Job Summary
Parking Manager with responsibility for revenue optimization and daily parking operations, leading the Visit Team and Parking staff, delivering superior customer service through visitor-interfacing technologies and coordinated operations. Key duties include supervising events, managing parking equipment and traffic control, developing strategies to market and increase revenue, ensuring accurate accounting and budget management, owning parking technology and analytics, recruiting and developing staff, establishing SOPs, driving customer-service and parking-metric goals, and acting as Manager-on-Duty. Requires leadership, cross-department collaboration, budget awareness, and a commitment to equity and access within a museum environment. Education: High school diploma; Experience in customer service and operations management; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in customer service and operation management in retail, hospitality or attraction industry
- Experience leading large teams on a continual basis
- Experience and skills in writing, communication, training, and managing budgets
