Job Summary
Parking Manager leads parking operations for a high-volume, short-term contract in Norfolk, VA. Oversees daily parking operations, a team of 8 supervisors and 20+ staff, staffing/scheduling, revenue collection and financial controls, and compliance. Provides leadership in employee development, coaching, evaluations, and discipline; supports event parking planning and execution; handles customer issues while upholding policy standards; prepares operational and financial reports; coordinates with internal teams, merchants, transportation, and public safety; drives a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Experience working in a customer service and/or revenue-driven environment
