Parking Maintenance Attendant - La Concha

Conduct daily cleaning duties on the maintenance checklist, including removing dirt, dust, trash, and litter while wiping windows, sweeping, and mopping the entire ramp. Use basic hand and power tools to install, repair, and remove signs, then mark, paint, and stripe parking spaces and directional markings per blueprints. Place or replace concrete bumper blocks, sweep debris from entrances, exits, ramps, and stairs, and empty all trash cans. Paint curbs, poles, equipment, lanes, and other assigned areas. Must be physically fit to bend, stoop, and lift, willing to work weekends and holidays. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English required.
