Parking Maintenance Attendant - La Concha

Conduct daily parking maintenance tasks including cleaning all parking areas, collecting trash, and wiping down floor doors. Install, repair, and remove signage; paint parking spaces and directional markings per plans; replace concrete bumpers; sweep ramps and stairs; empty trash cans; and paint posts, equipment, and lanes. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors. Maintain positive working relationships with the team to support common goals. Requires physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects, availability for weekends and holidays, and ability to work under pressure. Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
