Job Summary
Parking Maintenance role (3pm-11:30pm) responsible for maintaining garages, flat lots, and parking offices. Primary duties include street sweeping and trash removal (30%), parking equipment maintenance (ticket spitters, auto cashiers, barrier gates) (30%), snow removal and salting (10%), shuttle preparation (Seasonal 4%), customer service with call center and Protective Services (5%), and traffic direction in shuttle lots (20%). Requires High School or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and at least 2 years in the parking industry or a similar maintenance position. Required Qualifications

- DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles
- State Driver's License. Clean driving record (less then four points)
- At least 2 years in parking industry or similar maintenance position
