Job Summary
Review assigned routes, drive the parking lot sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to clean shopping centers and parking lots. Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, handle materials according to safety procedures, and accurately log equipment issues or incidents. Maintain regular attendance while communicating effectively with supervisors and clients. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs, with minimal travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1 year driving experience
- Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Acceptable driving record
- Successful motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Successful background check
- Successful DOT physical
- Successful drug screening
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to conduct inspections
- Ability to operate equipment responsibly
- Ability to comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements
- Strong ability to plan routes
- Ability to complete work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to maintain consistent, dependable attendance
