Job Summary
Seasonal Parking Supervisors needed to support the 2026 New York State Fair in Syracuse. Responsibilities include supervising parking staff, managing clock-in/out and breaks, coordinating with parking leadership to resolve issues, delivering an exceptional guest experience to attendees, partnering with police and leadership to maintain safe and organized traffic flow, positioning parking attendants based on crowd size and direction, processing credit card payments with electronic ticketing machines, troubleshooting minor ticketing equipment issues, and answering guest questions with venue information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time in variable weather
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior management/leadership experience desired
