Job Summary
Secures all venue entrances and monitors parking lots for the safety of guests, employees, and vehicles. Controls entry, performs bag checks, and provides directions while responding to comments and complaints in a prompt, courteous manner. Maintains a comprehensive security logbook and submits detailed incident reports. Ensures public areas remain safe and presents a neat, clean appearance during shifts. Works flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule. Requires high school diploma, outdoor endurance, and ability to stand and walk long distances.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Must be able to work flexible hours as required by event schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous security services experience
- Prior parking experience
- Current CPR and first aid certificates
