Parking Lot Layout & Striping Technician

Job Summary
Layout new parking lots from construction plans and re-stripe existing lots according to customer specifications. Measure and mark stalls, ADA zones, fire lanes, and directional markings while verifying dimensions before painting. Operate striping equipment safely, install pavement markings and wheel stops, and maintain machinery through routine cleaning. Read blueprints, load/unload materials, and assist with traffic control and site setup. Follow OSHA safety policies and communicate progress to superintendents. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, and experience with airless machines. Join a growing asphalt contractor delivering professional pavement maintenance and site improvements.
