Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork. Complete shift logs, document parking activity, and label keys while maintaining organized records. Check the lot regularly to report unsafe activity, enforce parking policies, and ensure vehicles are parked securely. Keep the parking area and booth clean, assist with light janitorial tasks, and help guests with parking questions. Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support a positive work environment. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain alert to moving vehicles and changing weather conditions
