Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track revenue while maintaining organized records of parked vehicles. Monitor the lot regularly to report unsafe activity, enforce parking policies, and ensure vehicles are secured. Keep the parking area and booth clean, assist guests with questions, and use radios to stay in contact with the team. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards while working outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and high school diploma are required. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
