Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track revenue while maintaining organized records of parked cars. Complete shift logs, document parking activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely according to policy. Check the lot regularly for unsafe or suspicious activity, keep the area clean and presentable, and assist guests with parking questions. Use radios appropriately to stay in contact with the team and support overall lot operations. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
