Job Summary
Issue tickets, process payments, and maintain accurate records of vehicle activity and revenue. Monitor the parking lot for safety and compliance, reporting suspicious activity while ensuring vehicles are secured. Keep the area clean and presentable by performing light janitorial tasks and assisting guests with parking questions. Label keys, document vehicle details, and complete shift logs to support overall lot operations. Maintain a professional appearance and use radios appropriately to stay in contact with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain alert to moving vehicles and changing weather conditions
