Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track revenue while maintaining organized records of parked cars. Direct traffic, assist guests with parking questions, and enforce lot policies to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Monitor the area regularly for suspicious activity, keep the lot and booth presentable, and use radios to maintain team communication. Complete shift logs, label keys, and perform light janitorial tasks as needed. Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
