Job Summary
Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track revenue while maintaining organized records of parked cars. Check the lot regularly for unsafe activity, enforce parking policies, and keep the area clean and presentable. Assist guests with parking questions, manage shift logs, and use radios to support team communication. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards. Valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and high school diploma required. Background check mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Clean, professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain alert to surroundings including moving vehicles and changing weather conditions
