Job Summary
Manage parking lot usage for customers and perform regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of exterior areas including trash/waste management, light landscaping, and storefronts. Execute daily trash and recycling collection, adhere to cleaning checklists, and communicate facility issues to management while maintaining supply inventory. Utilize power washing knowledge to ensure a sanitary environment, demonstrating strong work ethics and reliability in a fast-paced setting. Part-time availability requires three days including a weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Power washing knowledge
- Part-time employees must have at least 3 days of availability, with at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday
- Must abide to agreed upon availability
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a sanitary environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset, meticulous and accurate
- Proven dependability and reliability
- Friendly and personable attitude
- Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk and stand for long durations of time
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 50 pounds
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral and depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with hand tools a plus
- Experience in or desire to learn about facilities management and maintenance
