Job Summary
Direct vehicles into designated parking areas and assist customers with parking needs, directions, or information. Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees while performing manual handling tasks like moving barriers, cones, or equipment. Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements and address concerns. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations to promote a secure environment for all visitors. Available Tuesday to Saturday, 5 pm to 1 am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available Tuesday to Saturday, 5 pm to 1 am
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in parking, retail math, or dealership environments
- Experience driving various vehicle types
