Job Summary
Greet arriving and departing guests, direct traffic to available spaces, and perform vehicle counts to prevent garage overfill. Ensure vehicles park according to lot layout, adjust cones and signage, and monitor pedestrian crossings for safety. Pick up litter and debris, assist guests with parking location queries, and distribute validation instructions. Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead. Follow established safety protocols and seasonal readiness tasks for rain, heat, and storms. Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays near the Xcel Energy Center.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests
