Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle (car or golf cart) to observe parking violations, enforce parking regulations by issuing warnings or citations, and arrange for towing when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate enforcement logs and records of citation data (time, date, location, vehicle details). Inspect meters and equipment for malfunctions, report issues to management, and provide professional customer service regarding parking rules and citations. De-escalate situations when possible and coordinate with supervisors as needed. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in the United States. Schedule includes weekends (part-time). Physical duties include prolonged vehicle operation and outdoor work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driving License with good driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility
