Job Summary
Parking Enforcement Attendant at Towne Park responsible for customer-focused duties including patrolling lots, issuing parking citations, operating revenue-control equipment, reporting violations, maintaining signage and lot cleanliness, and performing related tasks such as snow removal and seasonal duties. Requires strong customer service, basic math, data-entry, and the ability to work outdoors; position supports a flexible, part-time schedule and may involve reporting to an Account Manager. Education aligned to a high school diploma or GED; candidates must be at least 18 and able to pass background checks. Knowledge of parking operations, cashiering basics, and ability to operate parking-related equipment are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to log information and perform basic calculations accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
