Job Summary
Patrol and monitor parking lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked, enforcing preapproved guidelines by issuing citations for non-paid or time-expired parkers. Perform facility and lot maintenance duties including cleaning trash, repairing signage, and operating revenue control equipment while troubleshooting meter issues. Prepare daily reports and file paperwork regarding violations, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal by shoveling, salting, and operating snow throwers. Work various shifts including weekends in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
