Job Summary
Receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate traffic flow by collecting cash, validating tickets, making change, and issuing receipts. Operate the cash register to calculate transaction costs, quote prices for parking services, and handle lost ticket forms. Provide directions to city locations, answer telephone inquiries, and resolve customer complaints quickly. Maintain booth cleanliness, verify shift transaction logs against the revenue bank, and compile daily revenue reports. Ensure proper inventory of work aids and supplies within the booth.
