Job Summary
Process credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices while providing parking instruction and guidance to guests arriving at the Jacksonville Sports Complex and Prime Osborn Convention Center. Assist customers with directions and venue information, maintaining excellent customer service skills throughout daily transactions. Work independently using computer or technology literacy to manage daily parking operations. One year of experience in customer service or retail is required, along with the ability to pass a background check including credit history.
