Job Summary
Oversee parking attendant staff, lead teams in promoting teamwork and customer service, and respond to inquiries, complaints, and accident reports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff while communicating policy changes and operational updates. Reconcile daily bank reports, ticket logs, and field transactions; maintain logs for uniforms and parking violators. Monitor facility cleanliness and safety conditions, reporting maintenance issues to management. Enforce policies, rules, and regulations, and perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed. Provide company standards of service to customers, including greeting, answering questions, and resolving issues. Shifts run Friday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Sunday, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Valid driver's license with three years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid DMV driver's license
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand/move for entire shift
Desired Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- One year of related customer service experience
- Parking experience
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written and electronic correspondence
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivational skills
