Job Summary
Direct patrons into and out of parking lots while providing directions, enforcing clear bag policies, and guiding guests to correct access points. Maintain a calm demeanor, ensure a safe environment, and report suspicious behavior to supervisors. Prepare for each event by acquiring pertinent show information and assist premium parking guests. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. This role supports the event experience at Blue Arena and The Ranch.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with extended hours ranging from a minimum of 4 hours up to 10-12 hours.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- General knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
- Must have the ability to work outdoors and be exposed to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Ability to withstand prolonged walking, standing, bending, pushing, stooping, and kneeling without restrictions.
- Strong communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior parking/traffic experience is a plus.
