Job Summary
Direct patrons where to park and issue tickets, recording required information on each ticket. Process exception transactions per company policy, including completing applicable forms. Complete daily shift paperwork by tracking transactions, vehicles in and out, contract parkers, and ticket types. Provide company standards of service with each customer, maintaining uniform appearance, stating greetings, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers. May complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other special projects as assigned by location management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- You are at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Available Mornings, Evenings, Overnight
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School degree preferred but not required
- Customer service: 1 year+
