Job Summary
Direct patrons to parking spots, issue tickets, and record required information on each ticket. Process exception transactions like lost tickets or grace periods by completing applicable forms. Complete daily shift paperwork documenting transactions by rate, vehicle counts, and ticket types. Maintain company service standards by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking them upon exit. Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks per checklists and complete other special projects as assigned by location management. Available mornings, evenings, and weekends; pay rate $14.00-$15.00 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Available Mornings, Evenings, Overnight
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs
- Propark Mobility participates in E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- High School degree preferred but not required
- Customer service: 1 year+
