Job Summary
The Lot Attendant greets guests, directs traffic to available parking spaces, conducts vehicle counts to prevent overfilling, and ensures vehicles are parked per lot layout. Responsibilities include adjusting cones and signage, monitoring pedestrian crossings, assisting guests with parking locations, picking up debris, and supporting seasonal tasks. Requires excellent customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to communicate professionally with guests and teammates; hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reports safety concerns to the Shift Lead/Operations Manager and follows established safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security (E-Verify)
