Job Summary
Patrol designated areas to monitor adherence to parking regulations, issue citations or warnings to vehicles found in violation of rules, and report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles to appropriate parties. Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest questions and assisting with parking concerns while maintaining accurate records of all citations and incidents. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, for extended periods of 4–8+ hours per shift, carrying handheld citation equipment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for data entry and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply regulations consistently and fairly
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact courteously with the public in challenging situations
- Must have weekend availability
