Job Summary
Directs Guests and Team Members through casino parking areas to designated parking zones and ensures high levels of guest service. Communicates via portable 2-way radios or cell phone, uses knowledge of traffic signs/signals, and reads maps/diagrams to guide vehicle flow. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather. Requires at least 18 years old, valid California driver’s license (and casino permit), successful drug test, and gaming license. Flexible weekend/holiday shifts; bilingual skills not listed. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and courteous guest interactions in a busy casino parking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid California driver’s license and Black Oak Casino drivers permit may be required
- Must be able to communicate using portable 2-way radios and/or cell phone
- Must possess working knowledge of traffic signs and signals, read diagrams and maps
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English
