Job Summary
Direct motor and foot traffic in Casino parking areas for guest and team member safety. Assist guests promptly by directing vehicles through designated zones and greeting staff cordially. Respond to guest enquiries regarding Casino activities and events while maintaining a high level of service satisfaction. Communicate via portable 2-way radios and cell phones, adhering to all mandatory requirements including valid driver's licenses, gaming licenses, and drug testing. Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays in varied weather conditions while standing 100% of the time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- May be required to possess and maintain a valid California drivers license and a Black Oak Casino drivers permit
- Must be able to communicate using a portable 2-way radios and/or cell phone
- Must possess working knowledge of traffic signs and signals, and be able to read diagrams and maps
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Required to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 100% of job time
- Required to work around moving machinery with possible exposure to vibration, dust, gas, steam or chemicals
- Required to wear protective equipment such as mask, earplugs, gloves, eyewear, weather gear, etc
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Potential exposure to infectious disease
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Required to walk on uneven ground
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
