Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, provide directions, and anticipate needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience as the first point of contact. Assist with parking logistics while maintaining a positive teamwork mindset and great communication skills. Push wheelchairs with guests, walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift, and tolerate inclement weather. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods. Maintain a clean-cut appearance and ensure compliance with motor vehicle eligibility requirements, including a valid driver's license and clean driving record. This role supports the mission to enhance the lives of patients and their families within a fast-growing healthcare organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive Teamwork Mindset
- Great communication skills
- Clean-cut appearance
- Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
- Meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements
- Successful completion of a background and motor vehicle report
