Job Summary
Parking Attendant at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting guests with opening doors, unloading luggage, parking and retrieving cars, and guiding guests about hotel amenities and local area. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, engaging hospitality, strong communication in English and Spanish, teamwork, problem-solving when issues arise, and maintaining a polished appearance in a fast-paced, high-guest-interaction environment. Training and development opportunities are highlighted, with emphasis on delivering a memorable guest experience across the resort’s facilities and services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license
- customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- bilingual English/Spanish
- ability to stand and work full shift
- teamwork orientation
- flexibility to work various shifts including overnight, weekends, holidays
