Job Summary
Deliver a warm welcome to every guest, providing accurate directions and proactively anticipating needs during high traffic. Operate guest shuttles between parking lots and the Mountain Village Base Area while maintaining clean and functional parking areas. Set up and take down ski racks daily, remove snow and ice from lots and plazas, and patrol parking lots on foot to identify hazards. Handle guest questions and concerns with a solutions-first attitude, reporting safety issues promptly and coordinating with ski patrol and lift operations. Accurately collect payments for paid parking areas and rotate between the Big Sky Resort Base and Madison Base locations. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with the ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout your shift, including lifting up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 80 lbs with assistance
