Job Summary
Parking and Operations Coordinator at NVMM ensures parking operations and building support are safe, efficient, and welcoming for Guests, Museum programs, and events. Serves as the primary liaison between NVMM and the contracted parking provider (LAZ Parking), coordinating daily and event parking needs, access control, traffic flow, and guest assistance. Supports event planning, parking setup and breakdown, and pedestrian/vehicle movement during high-volume periods. Maintains operational records, communicates safety concerns, and assists with emergency procedures in collaboration with Safety Services and Museum leadership.
