Job Summary
Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) in Phoenix, AZ responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while directing traffic, supporting parking operations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized parking facility. Duties include greeting guests, answering questions about rates and directions, resolving concerns professionally, directing vehicles with approved traffic control techniques, monitoring parking activity for compliance, reporting safety hazards or equipment issues, assisting with event parking during peak periods, maintaining site cleanliness and signage, following safety procedures, and upholding professional appearance and communication with supervisors, teammates, and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Preferred: High School diploma or GED
- Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience
- Six (6) months or more of work experience in a related field
- Valid driver’s license (may be required based on site)
- Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably
