Job Summary
Parking Ambassador (Part-Time) at Premium Parking oversees guest service, traffic direction, and parking operations to deliver a positive, professional first impression. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about rates and directions, directing vehicles with flagging techniques, monitoring parking activity for payment compliance, maintaining site cleanliness and safety, and ensuring signage and equipment are functional. Requires strong customer service, the ability to work outdoors, stand/walk for shift durations, and the flexibility to work 8:00am-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm shifts. Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or GED, prior customer service or hospitality experience, at least 6 months of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes professional appearance, effective communication with staff and guests, adherence to safety procedures, and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably (preferred)
