Job Summary
Parking Ambassador duties include greeting guests to deliver a positive impression, directing traffic and guiding vehicles, supporting parking operations and site upkeep, and ensuring safety and compliance. Responsibilities cover assisting guests with questions about rates and payments, resolving concerns professionally, monitoring parking activity, reporting congestion or violations, supporting event parking and peak periods, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, and upholding safety procedures while wearing a full uniform. Requires strong customer service, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and comfort with handheld devices; HS diploma/ GED preferred; valid driver's license may be required depending on site.
Required Qualifications
