Job Summary
Greet guests, answer questions about rates and directions, and direct traffic safely into parking areas. Assist with concerns, resolve issues professionally, and support event parking operations during high-traffic periods. Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify safety concerns or maintenance needs, remove debris, and report facility hazards to maintain a clean, organized environment. Follow company procedures to promote a safe environment while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This role requires standing or walking for an entire shift and using smartphones for operational tasks. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided).
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
- Valid driver's license (may be required based on site).
