Job Summary
Parking Ambassador provides courteous guest service, directs traffic, and supports parking operations and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about parking rates and directions, directing vehicles with flagging techniques, monitoring parking activity for payment compliance, maintaining cleanliness and safety, reporting safety hazards, and upholding professional standards while working outdoors in varying weather. Requires strong customer-service skills, ability to stand/walk through shifts, comfort with handheld devices, and high school diploma or GED may be preferred. Part-time role based in Honolulu with flexible shifts and outdoor duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- High School diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Six (6) months or more of work experience in a related field (preferred)
