Job Summary
Parking Ambassador at Mandalay Bay: warmly greet arriving guests at the parking entrance, help manage parking flow, deliver courteous and enthusiastic parking services, and respond to guest inquiries to ensure a smooth, welcoming resort experience. Follow protocols to regulate vehicle movement and relay information about hotel services/features. Escalate issues to supervisors as needed and report thefts or missing items. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of prior guest service experience. Starting wage: $14.96 per hour.
