Job Summary
Parking Ambassador in Austin: deliver friendly, professional guest service, direct traffic with effective flagging, monitor parking activity and payment compliance, maintain a clean and safe parking environment, operate pay stations and equipment, and present a professional image in uniform while coordinating with leadership. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, independent work capability, and comfort with handheld devices; prior parking, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- Comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided)
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Valid driver’s license (may be required based on site)
- Ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably
