Job Summary
Manage the parking garage operations in Hoofddorp by handling customer inquiries via phone, intercom, and cameras from the control room. Perform preventive maintenance, resolve simple malfunctions like stuck turnstiles or parking meters, and document incidents and special events. Maintain a clean and safe environment while coordinating with your team and the location manager to address garage issues. Work part-time (16–20 hours) from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:30, with schedules provided in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Klantvriendelijke houding
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
