Park Team Members serve as the initial contact for guests at Kids Empire, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing the check-in process using an iPad, processing payments, maintaining snack inventory, monitoring park safety, and cleaning facilities. Candidates must demonstrate good communication, customer service skills, and an ability to work independently while being able to handle a busy environment and operate an iPad.
