Own social media strategy and email campaigns, manage content calendars, ensure brand integrity across hospitality concepts, optimize campaigns based on performance insights, identify local partnerships, support on-property events, and deliver biweekly and monthly performance reporting. Collaborates with hotel and restaurant leadership to align brand, drive leisure travel and local dining traffic, and translate metrics into actionable strategy adjustments.
